Secondary Service
Yoga for Hospice & Caregivers
Gentle, restorative sessions that bring moments of calm during one of life's most difficult seasons.
Why Yoga, Why Now
Calm for the Patient. Support for the Caregiver.
Hospice care is physically and emotionally demanding, for patients and for the family members caring for them. Gentle yoga offers a way to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the body without strain.
Sessions are adapted to each person's mobility and energy level. There is no expectation of flexibility or prior yoga experience; movements can be done seated, in bed, or standing with support.
